The Bella Mente’ Method is an elevated movement experience where strength, grace, and stillness meet. The variety of classes designed for all levels is our refined approach to movement, blending strength, softness, and soulful connection.  Beauty from the inside out spirit, mind & body. 🦋


Upon completion of our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training students will be able to teach a yoga class with confidence and security. A full understanding of the powerful somatic experience they are offering to their students through asana, breath and meditation. I stand alongside my students through this journey and will continue to guide them into their future.
